(CHAPEL HILL, N.C.) February 8, 2021 – The Gwendolyn, a four-story 109,000-square-foot, Class A office building in the historic Glen Lennox community, has completed construction. The building will help address a critical shortage of commercial office space in Chapel Hill and features a host of amenities such as an 18-hour terrace café, an indoor cycle center and an onsite wellness studio with showers and locker rooms.
The Gwendolyn is named for Gwendolyn Harrison, the first African-American woman to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
The Gwendolyn is part of Grubb Properties’ overall redevelopment of the Glen Lennox community located at the intersection of Hwy 54 and U.S. 15\501.
